We want you to love your purchase from FLUXY WORLD! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions:
Sale items and personalized products cannot be returned.
